Administrative Assistant

At Polygreen we sustain, reuse, recycle and upcycle with a goal to make our world a viable place to live in now and in the future.

As part of our global expansion, we would like to hire an Administrative Assistant who will assist the Company’s Management and optimize workflow procedures in the office.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree at a College or University level
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent computer skills (MS OFFICE)
  • Work experience in a secretarial position of at least 3 years
  • Experience in office organization and undertaking of complex tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to multitask, deal with sensitive information and respect confidentiality,  dynamic, and with a pleasant personality
  • Ability to properly follow procedures, prioritise and pay attention to detail

 

Tasks:

  • Monitor and report daily tasks
  • Complete tasks in an efficient and effective way
  • Keep schedules and cooperate with the Company’s departments
  • Office organization and archiving
