** Polygreen expands the portfolio of services it provides in the logistics field, by investing in facilities, equipment and expertise in waste collection and transport.

** It is the second major acquisition Polygreen has accomplished in 2022, just six months after acquiring the company Vasilakopoulos Recycling S.A.

Athens, July 20^th 2022 - The acquisition of the company Environmental Transport S.A. (PERME HELLAS), was announced today by Polygreen, a leader company that focuses on environmental protection. With this new acquisition, Polygreen further complements the services it offers, by gaining a more important footprint in the logistics sector, as well as in infrastructure which includes waste collection and transport facilities and equipment. This acquisition is the company's second significant investment in 2022, and it comes right after the acquisition of the Vasilakopoulos Recycling Company, which took place last March.

With the acquisition of the PERME HELLAS Company, Polygreen strengthens and upgrades its assets with significant infrastructure, including a fleet of approximately 70 collection vehicles, over 800 temporary storage containers and 4 privately owned waste management facilities. At the same time, Polygreen enriches its human resources with over 200 employees, with expertise and advanced know-how in the field of waste management.
